This Privacy Policy explains how Infisoft LLC ("Infisoft," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with PowerPCS (the "Service").
PowerPCS is a business-to-business tool. Two kinds of people show up in the Service:
For employee records, your organization is the data controller — you decide what to collect and why. We process that data only as needed to provide the Service, on your instructions, as a data processor.
Account information: name, email address, password (stored hashed, never in plain text), and two-factor authentication settings if you enable them.
Data you enter about your organization: position records (titles, budgets, org structure, custom fields), incumbent records (names, pay, dates, EEO/demographic fields if used, custom fields), and a full history of changes to that data.
Billing information: handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed, a masked card summary (e.g. last four digits), and subscription status — never your full card number.
Technical information: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) and error reports (via Sentry) used to keep the Service running and fix bugs.
We do not run advertising trackers or sell any data to third parties. Cookies are limited to what's strictly necessary to keep you logged in and secure (session and CSRF tokens) — no third-party ad or analytics cookies.
We do not use the content of your position or incumbent records for marketing, advertising, or to train any model or product outside of PowerPCS.
We share information only with the service providers ("sub-processors") that PowerPCS runs on, each bound to protect it appropriately:

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share your data with anyone else except: (a) as described above, (b) if required by law or valid legal process, or (c) with your explicit consent.
Your data is retained for as long as your account exists — including through a billing lapse or cancellation. We do not delete your data for nonpayment; you can resubscribe at any time and pick up exactly where you left off. If you want your account and all associated data permanently deleted, contact us and we'll process the request.
We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all traffic, encrypted password storage, database access controls, and tenant isolation so one customer's data is never visible to another. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable, ongoing steps to protect what you store with us.
PowerPCS is a business tool, not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the Service before they take effect.
